Directions to the Yarkon Sports Complex
1. Take Hwy 5 toward Ariel
2. Exit at Hwy 40 – Kfar Saba/ Petah Tikwa
Note: DO NOT exit at the first Petah Tikwa exit, continue to Hwy 40
3. After exiting, turn right at the light toward Petah Tikwa.
4. At the next traffic light, turn left.
a. You will know you are at the correct intersection by noting a Paz Fuel station on the left and a “shopping mall” (Ace Hardware, SuperPharm, Office Depot) on the right.
b. You should also see a green hwy sign on the left indicating Baptist Village.
5. DO NOT enter the shopping area, continue past the Paz fuel station toward the tall grove of trees in the distance. The trees mark the Yarkon Sports Complex.
After passing Paz the road will zig zag with the options of turning left, right or continuing "straight" - continue straight toward the tall trees.
At this point the road will cut through some open fields and curve to the right and then again to the left. Finally, you will come to a "junction" that will allow you to go left or straight into the gate of the national park. Turn left and find the parking lot on the left, across the street from the baseball and softball fields.
1. Take the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway toward Tel Aviv/Ben Gurion Airport.
2. Take HWY 40 exit (near the airport) and continue north/right.
3. Follow 40 (north) through Petah Tikwa.
4.Upon entering Petah Tikwa, look for Segula Junction and take a right (toward Kfar Saba).
Note: this right turn simply follows HWY 40 - keep watching the HWY signs.
You can identify Segula Junction by the following:
a. White HWY sign
b. Bnei Akiva complex on the right
c. An old tractor and plow decorating the right side of the road near the light.
5. At the next traffic light, turn right. NOTE: if you cross HWY 5 (Ariel HWY) you have gone too far.
You can identify the "next light" by the following:
a. a Paz Fuel station on the right and a “shopping mall” (Ace Hardware, SuperPharm, Office Depot) on the left.
